LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION TO VARY PREMISES LICENCE (Section 34)

Notice is hereby given that Draughts Limited has applied to Hackney Council to vary the Premises Licence in respect of Draughts, 41 Kingsland High Street, London E8 2JS to remove condition 9 from the Premises Licence and to add two further conditions.

Any representations against this application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Service at the above address, by no later than the 10 September 2024. Residents and businesses in the vicinity of the premises, or their representatives, may make representations on licensing objectives grounds only, i.e. the prevention of crime and disorder, the prevention of public nuisance, public safety and the protection of children from harm. Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine which is unlimited for an applicant to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
