FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

I Desree Joanne Watson give notice that I have applied to North East Derbyshire District Council as Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence in respect of Clay Cross Town Football Club, Mill Lane, Old Tupton, Chesterfield, S42 6AE. The application is to: Sale by Retail of Alcohol – Monday to Sunday 11:00 – 23:00. Indoor Sporting Events - Monday to Sunday 11:00 – 23:00. Regulated Entertainment to include Live Music and Recorded music - Monday to Sunday 11:00 – 23:00. Opening Hours - Monday to Sunday 11:00 – 23:00.
A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Officer, Licensing Section, North East Derbyshire District Council, 2013 Mill Lane, Wingerworth, Chesterfield, S42
6NG or email licensing@ne-derbyshire.gov.uk not later than 12th September 2024.
A record of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) during normal office hours. Alternatively, telephone the Licensing Section on 01246 217884/217885.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
