Notice of Application for a New Premises Licence Under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003.

Notice is hereby given that Mr Inan Bayeren & Mr Sinan Bayeren have applied to the London Borough of Enfield Council for a new premises licence for Silver Service Cafe, 621 / 623 Hertford Road, Enfield, EN3 6UP to permit the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises from 10.00 to 23.00 daily all week. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
