Mad Giant, Unit 6 Animate, Tenterfield Street, Preston - Application for a Premises Licence

LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 12th August 2024, Preston Food Hall Limited applied to Preston City Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Mad Giant, Unit 6 Animate, Tenterfield Street, Preston PR1 2BL.  The proposed licensable activities are;-  1. The supply of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 10.00 to 00.00. 2. To permit late night refreshment on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 23.00 and 00.30. 3. To permit the provision of recorded music on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 10.00 to 00.30. 

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- the Licensing Authority, Preston City Council, Town Hall, Lancaster Road, Preston PR1 2RL or by email to licensing@preston.gov.uk no later than the 9th September 2024 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Preston City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above Council office during normal office hours or at www.preston. gov.uk click on Licensing and then public register. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
