What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003 Notice of application to VARY a Premises Licence

Co-operative Group Food Limited have applied to vary the premises licence at Co-op 1 - 2 Nursling Street, Nursling, Southampton, Hampshire SO16 0XH when sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises may take place to Monday to Sunday between 06:00 and 23:00 and to remove embedded restrictions at Annex 1 clause 2. In all other respects, the Licence shall remain the same.

Anyone wishing to make a representation may do so in writing to Licensing Manager, Legal & Democratic Service, Test Valley Borough Council, Beech Hurst, Weyhill Road, Andover, Hampshire SP10 3AJ Email: licensing@testvalley.gov.uk by 12 September 2024. The Application may be viewed during opening hours at Council Offices or www.testvalley.gov.uk.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and s punishable by a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence.
