Notice is given that Mr Arber Bundo has applied to BCP Council for a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 in relation to: 13 Richmond Hill , Bournemouth, BH2 6HE

The following licensable activities will be provided during the following times and start the 6 day of September 2024 .

Late night refreshment (Indoors) 23:00-00:00 on every day of the week Supply of Alcohol (On Sales) Monday to Thursday 12:00-23:00, Friday 12:00-00:00, Saturday 10:00-00:00, Sunday 10:00-23:00.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, BCP Council, Town Hall Annexe, St Stephen's Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6LL. www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk. Representations must be received no later than 05 September 2024 The Application Record may be viewed between 9:00 am and 16:00 pm Monday to Friday at the above address or website.

Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited (level 5 on the standard scale).
