What is proposed?

APPLICATION FOR A NEW LICENCE

NOTICE is hereby given that we Adventure Cinema LTD have applied to Stafford Borough Council in respect of the premises known as Shugborough Estate, Milford, Staffordshire, ST17 0UP.

For a premises licence to provide the following licensable activities:

Exhibition of a film, Performance of recorded music, Sales of alcohol.

Operating times: Thursday 12.00 - 23.00, Friday 12.00 - 23.00, Saturday 12.00 - 23.00, Sunday 10.00 - 23.00

Any persons wishing to make comments must do so in writing to the Licensing Officer, Stafford Borough Council, Civic Centre, Riverside, Stafford, ST16 3AQ within 28 days from the date of this notice. Applications can be viewed during normal office hours at the above address.

Dated this 16th August 2024

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5,000).
