The Proposed Licensable activities and hours are
1)Provision of recorded Music; From 11:00-22:00 Monday to Sunday.
2) Provision for the Supply of alcohol; From 11:00-22:00 Monday to Sunday for the premises Mittsu Sushi LTD situated at 21 St Peters street, Canterbury, Kent, CT1 2BQ

Any person wishing to submit representations to my/our application must give notice in writing to the address shown above, giving in detail the grounds of objection by 12/09/2024. The Council will not entertain representations where the writer requests that his identity remains anonymous.
Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Panel and will therefore pass into the public domain.
Representations must relate to one of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. In the case of an application for a provisional statement, please note that representations will be restricted once a statement has been issued.
