We Coryton Arms Ltd give notice that we have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Coryton Arms, St Mellion, Saltash, PL12 6RJ.
The application is to: Provide Sale by retail of alcohol Monday – Sunday between the hours of 11:30 and 23:00
A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Service, Cornwall Council, PO Box 676, Threemilestone, Truro TR1 9EQ or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 12 September 2024.
A record of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment. Details are also at www.cornwall. gov.uk by searching ‘List of current premises licence applications.’

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
