What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN

that an application for a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned
legislation has been made by Monk Bar Ltd to Canterbury City Council in
respect of premises known as The Old Brewery Tavern, Stour Street, Canterbury CT1 2NR.

The licensable activities, which it is proposed to carry on at the premises are regulated entertainments, late night refreshments & the supply of alcohol for consumption on & off the premises from 0800 to 0200, 7 days a week.

The record of the application may be inspected at the offices of The
Licensing Team, Canterbury City Council, Military Road, Canterbury,
CT1 1YW, during normal office hours.

Any representations by interested parties or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Canterbury City Council at the above address by midnight 11/09/2024.

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5
(unlimited) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
