NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Juicebox Limited has applied to Manchester City Council to vary the premises licence for “Juicebox”, 698 Wilmslow Road, Manchester M20 2DN as follows: From Sunday to Thursday to extend the sale of alcohol (on and off sales) until 00:00 (currently 11:00 – 22:00) and opening until 00:30 (currently 11:00 – 22:30); to add playing regulated recorded music (indoors only) 11:00 - 00:00, and supplying late night refreshment (indoors only) 23:00 – 00:30. On Friday - Saturday to extend the sale of alcohol (on and off sales) until 01:00 (currently 11:00 – 22:00) and opening until 01:30 (currently 11:00 – 22:30); to add playing regulated recorded music (indoors only) 11:00 - 01:00, and supplying late night refreshment (indoors only) 23:00 – 01:30. To apply current non-standard timings on New Year’s Eve to regulated recorded music and late night refreshment. To disapply the effect of British Summer Time. An additional hour on the evenings preceding any bank holidays. To enhance Annex 2 conditioning of the premises licence and supporting policies.
