I JEFFREY ILLINGWORTH Do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority at Stockton on Tees Borough Council for the Grant of a premises licence at 345 Norton Road Norton Stockton on Tees TS20 2PH trading as MALLEABLE SOCIAL CLUB LIMITED
The application is to permit the sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises Monday to Thursday 11:00 until 23:30, Friday 11:00 until 24:00, Saturday 9:00 until 24:00 and Sunday 9:00 until 23:30.
Regulated entertainment including indoor sporting events, live and recorded music Monday to Thursday 11:00 until 23:30, Friday 11:00 until 24:00, Saturday 9:00 until 24:00 and Sunday 9:00 until 23:30
Interested Parties or Responsible Authorities wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing no later than 11th September 2024 to:

The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at the offices of Stockton- On-Tees Borough Council, Licensing Service, Municipal Buildings, Church Road, Stockton-On-Tees TS18 1LD between the hours of 9.00am to 4.00pm or on the website at www.stockton.gov.uk
It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
