Do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Rother District Council for the grant of a premises licence at 11 Sackville Road, Bexhill-on-sea, TN39 3JD and known as Coffee for Friends
The application is to provide:
Regulated Entertainment (Recorded Music) 23:00 to 00:00 Monday to Sunday
Late Night Refreshment 23:00 to 00:00 Monday to Sunday, Sale of Alcohol by Retail (on and off the premises) 10:00 to 23:30 Monday to Sunday
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Officer, Rother DC, Town Hall, Bexhill On Sea, East Sussex, TN39 3JX or email licensing@rother.gov.uk not later than 4th September 2024. Representations received after this date cannot be considered.
A copy of the application can be viewed at Rother DC, Town Hall, Town Hall Square, Bexhill On Sea, East Sussex, TN39 3JX, during normal office hours or www.rother.gov.uk.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being unlimited.
