What is proposed?
Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that BKUK Group Limited has applied to Southampton City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Burger King, 238 Burgess Rd, Southampton, SO16 3AU.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: The provision of Late-Night Refreshment from 23:00 until 05:00 Mondays to Sundays. The opening hours of the premises will be 24 hours Mondays to Sundays. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Team, Southampton and Eastleigh Licensing Partnership, Civic Centre, Southampton SO14 7LY or via email to licensing@southampton.gov.uk no later than 9th September 2024 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Southampton City Council ana the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website - www.southampton.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
