What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17
Notice is hereby given that on the 6th August 2024 Asda Stores Limited applied to Manchester City Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Asda Express, Victoria House, Great Ancoats Street, Manchester M4 7DB. The proposed licensable activities are;- 1. The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 06.00 to 24.00 from 1st January to 30th November and 24 hours in the month of December. 2. To permit late night refreshment (hot beverages only) on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 23.00 and 24.00 from 1st January to 30th November and 23.00 to 05.00 in the month of December.
Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- Licensing Department, Manchester City Council, Level 1 Town Hall Extension, Albert Square, Manchester, PO Box 532, M60 2LA or by email to premises.licensing@manchester.gov.uk no later than the 3rd September 2024 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Manchester City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above office by appointment only.
