Notice of application for the grant of a Premises
Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Bills Restaurants Limited has
applied to Milton Keynes City Council for the grant of a
Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as
Bills, Unit A Queens Court (1490), Centre: MK, Milton
Keynes, MK9 3ES.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are:
1. The Sale of Alcohol (On and Off Sales) from 10:00 hours
to 23:00 hours Monday to Sunday. 2. Opening Hours from

08:00 hours to 23:30 hours Monday to Sunday. 3. Non-
Standard Timings in relation to New Year’s Eve as stated

in the application.
Any representations regarding the above-mentioned
application must be received in writing by Licensing Team,
Milton Keynes City Council, Civic, 1 Saxon Gate East,
Milton Keynes, MK9 3EJ no later than 3rd September 2024
stating the grounds for representation.
The register of Milton Keynes City Council and the record
of the application may be inspected at the address of the
council, given above, during normal business hours or on
the council’s website - www.milton-keynes.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application. A person is
liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false
statement be made.
