NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is given that Huntingdonshire District Council have on the 7th August 2024 applied to Huntingdonshire District Council for a Premise Licence for Hinchingbrooke Country Park, Hinchingbrooke Park Road, Huntingdon. PE29 6DB.

For the following regulated activities -

a. Provision of Plays - Indoors & Outdoors. Mondays to Sundays 09:00 to 00:00

b. Provision of Films - Indoors & Outdoors. Mondays to Sundays 09:00 to 00:00

c. Provision of Live Music - Indoors & Outdoors. Mondays to Sundays 09:00 to 00:00.

Seasonal variation of New Years Eve only until 01:00

d. Provision Recorded Music - Indoors & Outdoors. Mondays to Sundays 09:00 to 00:00. Seasonal variation of New Years Eve only until 01:00

e. Provision of Performance of Dance - Indoors & Outdoors. Mondays to Sundays 09:00 to 00:00

f. Anything of a similar description - Indoors & Outdoors. Mondays to Sundays 09:00 to 00:00

g. Late Night Refreshment - Indoors & Outdoors. Mondays to Sundays 23:00 to 00:00.

Seasonal variation of New Years Eve only until 01:00

h. Retail Sale of Alcohol for Consumption ON and OFF the Premises - On & Off the Premises. Mondays to Sundays 09:00 to 00:00. Seasonal variation of New Years Eve only until 01:00.

Representations in respect of this application must reach the Licensing Authority by 3rd September 2024.
