What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003: NOTICE OF APPLICATION MADE 09/08/2024 FOR A NEW (TIME-LIMITED) PREMISES LICENCE FOR 'N17 ARENA', TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR STADIUM
Notice is hereby given that Tottenham Hotspur Limited has applied to the Licensing Authority of London Borough of Haringey for a time-limited Premises Licence to permit licensable activities at N17 Arena', Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Worcester Avenue/Park Lane, Tottenham, London N17 0BX (the "Premises" as delineated in red on the licensing plan served with the application) subject to bespoke conditions, during the following maximum daily hours: Regulated Entertainment (plays; film; live and recorded music; dance performances and similar activities) and the Sale of Alcohol: 09:00 to 22:30. Please note that whilst this is a new (time-limited) licence application, it is in effect an application to extend / substantially replicate the existing time-limited Licence LN000025004 which has been operational for the Premises since 2021 and is due to expire on 30 September 2024. The proposed new licence will again be subject to the same bespoke licence conditions as apply to existing licence, to continue to promote all four licensing objectives, and if granted will expire on 30/09/2028.
A register of licensing applications can be inspected by contacting the Licensing Team at licensing@haringey.gov.uk. Any person wishing to submit relevant representations concerning this application must give notice in writing to licensing@haringey.gov.uk, giving in detail the grounds of the representation no later than 6 September 2024 (06/09/2024).
Copies of all valid Representations must include your name and address and will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Authority's Sub Committee these will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must relate to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives namely the prevention of crime & disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. It is an offence liable on conviction to a fine up Level 5 under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
