LONDON BOROUGH OF EALING LICENSING ACT 2003: PUBLIC NOTICE FOR A NEW/VARIATION TO PREMISES LICENCE

I Frank’s Deli limited do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority at Ealing Council for a new Premises Licence at Frank’s Deli and known as 108 Northfield Avenue, London W13 9RT. The application is to: To have sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises as well as sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises. This will be during our normal opening hours of: Tuesday-Thursday: 10am-5.30pm
Friday: 10am-6pm
Saturday: 8.30am-5.30pm
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Team, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, W5 2HL or licensing@ealing.gov.uk
not later than: 28/08/2024

Representations received after this date cannot be considered.

All representations MUST BE IN WRITING A copy of the application can be viewed on the Council’s website at: www.ealing.gov.uk/info/200063/licences_and_street_trading

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
