Notice of Application to Vary a Premises Licence
To All Whom It May Concern

Take notice that JD Wetherspoon plc has made an application under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 to vary a premises licence for The Packet Station, The Moor, Falmouth, Cornwall, TR11 3QA. 

The application seeks to amend condition 1 of Annex 2 under Prevention of public nuisance relating to the external area to now read as follows:- 
There shall be no use of the roof terrace by customers between the hours of 2100 to 0930 the following day. The postal address of the relevant licensing authority is set out below and a record of the application may be inspected there during normal office hours or at www.cornwall.gov.uk at any time.

A person who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Section, Cornwall Council, 1st Floor, Chy Trevail, Bodmin, Cornwall, PL21 2FR. Written representations must be received no later than 6th September 2024.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application which, upon conviction, carries an unlimited fine.
