APPLICATION FOR NEW PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Mr Stuart Weaver Chapman has applied in respect of Weaver & Ashfield (The Barn) The Green Haddenham Ely CB6 3TA for the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following:

Proposed hours for the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises; Monday to Sunday from 10:00 to 22:45

Proposed opening hours of the premises; Monday to Saturday from 06:30 to 23:00, Sunday from 07:00 to 23:00.

Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by submitting a completed representation form to; Environmental Services Licensing Section The Grange Nutholt Lane Ely Cambridgeshire CB7 4EE, by the end of 27th August 2024.

The application can be viewed, by appointment, at the Council Offices during normal office hours (Monday to Thursday 08:45 to 17:00 and Friday 08:45 to 16:30).

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
