Statement of Relevant Licensable Activities or Relevant Qualifying Club Activities, which it is proposed, will be carried on, on or from the premises. 
‘Has applied for the sale of alcohol, Sunday to Thursday 12.00-23.59, and Friday and Saturday 12.00-01.00 on and off the premises, the provision of regulated entertainment Sunday to Thursday 12.00-23.59, and Friday and Saturday 12.00- 01.00 indoors only, the provision of late night refreshment 12.00-23.59, and Friday and Saturday 12.00-01.00 indoors and outdoors. All Licensable activities have a seasonal variation for Christmas Eve 12.00-01.00 and New Years Eve 12.00- 02.00.’ 
The Licensing Register may be inspected at the Licensing Authority, East Riding of Yorkshire Council, Public 
Protection Department, County Hall, Beverley, East Riding of Yorkshire, HU17 9BA between 9.00 am and 5.00 p.m.- Monday to Thursday (4.30p.m on Fridays) except public holidays or on the below link https://www.eastriding.gov.uk/ business/licences-and-registrations/licensing- applications/

Any representations by a Responsible Authority or any other person must be made in writing to Licensing Authority East Riding of Yorkshire Council Cross Street Beverley HU17 9BA OR TO:- licensing@eastriding.gov.uk
