Notice is hereby given that: THE PURPLE GAMING COMPANY LIMITED of the following address: Enterprise Amusements, 18 Renfield Street, Glasgow, G2 5AP is applying under section 187 of the Gambling Act 2005 to vary a Adult Gaming Center Premises Licence The application relates to the following premises:
BOOTHS ENTERPRISES 18 Renfield Street 24 Drury Street Glasgow, G2 5AP
The application is to vary the licence as follows: To vary local condition in Annex A to permit machine gaming 24 hours per day
The application has been made to City Of Glasgow Licensing Board, Glasgow City Council, City Chambers, Glasgow, G2 1DU

Any of the following persons may make representations in writing to the licensing authority about the application: A person who lives sufficiently close to the premises to be likely to be affected by the authorised activities. A person who has business interests that might be affected by the authorised activities.
A person who represents someone in the above two categories. Any representations must be made no later than the following date: 4 September 2024
It is an offence under section 342 of the Gambling Act if a person, without reasonable excuse, gives to a licensing authority for a purpose in connected with that Act information which is false or misleading.
