LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

SEFTON HOSPITALITY LTD has applied for the GRANT of a PREMISES LICENCE for The Baby Clubhouse Unit 2, Block C, Wolstenholme Square, L1 4JJ. For the following licensable activities: 1. An exhibition of a film from 09.00 to 01.00 hours daily, 2. A performance of live music from 09.00 to 01.00 hours daily, 3. Any playing of recorded music from 09.00 to 01.00 hours daily , 4. A performance of dance from 09.00 to 01.00 hours daily , 5. entertainment of a similar description to that falling within a performance of live music from 09.00 to 01.00 hours daily, 6. Any playing of recorded music or a performance of dance from 09.00 to 01.00 hours daily, 7. Provision of late night refreshment from 23.00 to 01.00 hours daily and the sale by retail of alcohol from 09.00 to 01.00 hours daily.You can view a record of the application and make a representation on it through liverpool.gov.uk/licensing representations, alternatively ring 233 3015 to request a call back for an appointment to view the application. Representation can also be made by post to - Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH. Representations must be received no later than the 05 September 2024. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable with a maximum fine of £5000 on summary conviction. Dated 07 August 2024.
