Notice of application for the Variation of a Premises Licence under section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003. Notice is hereby given that The Queer Brewing Company Limited has applied to the London Borough of Waltham Forest for the variation of a Premises Licence at Unit D2 Leyton Industrial Village, Argall Avenue, E10 7QP. The nature of the application is as follows: To permit the sale of alcohol consumed on & off the premises: On sales of alcohol 16:00-22:00 (weekdays), 12:00-22:00 (Sat/Sun) and 24hr off sales for online orders. The Licensing register listing full details of the application is kept by the Licensing Section, Town Hall, Fellowship Square, Forest Road, Walthamstow, E17 4JF. The application may be viewed Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am - 5pm (except Bank Holidays). Any person wishing to make a representation in respect of the above activities may do so in writing to the Licensing Section, Town Hall, Fellowship Square, Forest Road Walthamstow, E17 4JF or via email: Licensing@walthamforest.gov.uk Representations must be received no later than 28/08/2024. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
