What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

We, Jaly Group UK Ltd. Hereby give notice that we have applied to Eastleigh Borough Council for variation of a premises licence under part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003, as follows: Jaly Group Ltd Royal Victoria Country Park Netley Abbey, SO31 5GA.

The application is for variation of the premises licence as follows: Details of proposed variation

To Amend Condition 4A2 to include September To Amend Condition PCH3 to only Friday and Saturday not Sunday To Notify first event to be 28 and 29 September 2024

To Replace plan of layout The relevant licensing authority is Eastleigh Borough Council, and the statutory register may be inspected at Eastleigh House Upper Market Street SO50 9YN or at the Civic Centre, Southampton SO14 7LY between 09:00 and 12:00 or between 14:00 and 16:00, Mondays to Fridays, or on the internet at www.eastleigh.gov.uk/Ia03register. Any representations by an interested party or a relevant authority must be made in writing to the Southampton & Eastleigh Partnership, Civic Centre, Southampton SO14 7LY, via Public Access (www.southampton.gov.uk/Ia03register) or licensing@southampton.gov.uk so as to be received by them between the 02 August 2024 and 30 August 2024.

Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine.
