What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OFA PREMISES LICENCE

We Select Service Partner Ltd hereby give notice that we have applied to Southampton City Council for variation of a premises licence under part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003, as follows: Starbucks (Platform 4) & Cafe Ritazza Uppercrust (Platform 1), Southampton Central Railway Station, Southampton, SO15 1AL.

The application is for variation of the premises licence as follows:

1. To vary the hours for the sale of alcohol ana recorded music from 07.00 until 23.00 daily;

2. To add the provision of late night refreshment on a Sunday from 23.00 until 23.30 in line with Monday to Saturday; and

3. To remove the embedded restrictions carried over from the Licensing 1964 Act, under Annex 2 in particular condition 1 (save for IG in relation to New Years Eve) and condition 2. Condition 3 is to be retained.

The relevant licensing authority is Southampton City Council, and the statutory register may be inspected at their Licensing Office at the Civic Centre, Southampton SO14 7LY between 09:00 and 12:00 or between 14.-00 and 16:00, Mondays to Fridays, or on the internet at

wwwjouthampton.gov.uk/la03register. Any representations by an interested party or a relevant authority must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, Civic Centre, Southampton SO14 7LY, via Public Access www.southampton.gov.uk/la03register) or licensing@southampton.gov.uk so as to be received by them between the 5 August 2024 and 2 September 2024 Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine.
