Notice of application for a *Premises Licence (Section 17 of the Act)

 Name of applicant or Club: Mandeep Pal Singh Bajwa Name & Address of premises or club: Mohali By Chef Mandeep, 179 Stourbridge Road, Halesowen B63 3UD. Statement of Relevant Licensable Activities which it is proposed will be carried on or from the premises. Supply of Alcohol by Retail: Mon-Sun 1000-0000 hrs Late Night Refreshment: Mon-Sun 2300-0000 hrs. The full application can be inspected by contacting the Licensing Section (see below) between the hours of 8.00am and 4.00pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays). It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
