NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Take note that application has been made to Manchester City Council for a premises licence:

Applicant: PVM GOLF LTD

Premises: PITCH GOLF, PT GROUND & LOWER GROUND, THE GOODS YARD BUILDING, GOODS YARD STREET, M3 3BG.

To allow the following licensable activities to take place: Sale/Supply of alcohol both on and off the premises Monday - Sunday 10:00 to 23:00

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application must do so no later than: 4th September 2024

Any persons wishing to make any objections or representation should make it in writing to: Premises Licensing, Growth & Development, Manchester City Council, Level 1 Town Hall Extension, Albert Square, PO Box 532, M60 2LA.

IT IS AN OFFENCE KNOWINGLY OR RECKLESSLY TO MAKE A FALSE STATEMENT IN CONNECTION WITH AN APPLICATION AND IS SUBJECT TO AN UNLIMITED FINE ON SUMMARY OF CONVICTION FOR THE OFFENCE.
