What is proposed?
NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that application has been made by Appleyards Sandwich Shop Ltd to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council to VARY A PREMISES LICENCE in respect of The Ginnel, Rear of Appleyards, 16 Towngate, Mapplewell, S75 6AT on the following terms: Provision of live music indoors; Provision of recorded music both indoors and outdoors; Supply of alcohol for consumption both on and off the premises: Seven days a week from 09:00 until 23:00
Removal of conditions: 1. No external speakers to be used and indoor TV speakers to face internally.
2. Personal licence holder on the premises at all times.
Hours premises are open to the public: Seven days a week from 08:00 until 23:00
Any person wishing to make representations about the proposals outlined above can do so in writing to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council, PO Box 634, Barnsley, S70 9GG or licensing@barnsley.gov.uk by midnight of 3rd September 2024
