Notice is hereby given that an application was made to BIRMINGHAM CITY COUNCIL for a variation to a premises license under the above Act on the 30th July 2024.

Proposed changes to licensable activities: Regulated entertainment (Live Music/Recorded Music), Provision of late night refreshment, supply of alcohol.
Proposed days and hours of licensable activities: Mon - Sun 11am-5am
Proposed days and hours that the premises are open to the public: Mon - Sun 11am-05:30am

Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice in writing, stating the nature and grounds for making such representation to the Licensing officer at the above address within 28 days of this notice 26th August 2024

It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application and the maximum fine on summary conviction of such an offence is £5000.
