What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that MST invest group ltd has applied for a premises licence to Liverpool City Council in relation to MST Invest Group LTD, Unit 4, 60 Hanover Street, Liverpool, L1 4AF to permit the provision of the following licensable activities:

Retail Sale of alcohol for consumption On and Off the premises Monday to Sunday 12:00hrs – 02:00hrs. Live, Recorded Music and Late Night Refreshments Monday to Sunday 23:00hrs – 02:00hrs.

You can view a record of the application and make a representation on it using the following link liverpool.gov.uk/licensingrepresentations, alternatively ring 0151 233 3015 to request a call-back for an appointment to view the application.

Representation can also be made by post to – Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH.

Representations must be received no later than the 27/08/2024 It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
