What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003 - APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application to vary a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by Irby & Bratoft Village Hall Committee to East Lindsey District Council in respect of premises known as Irby & Bratoft Village Hall which are situated at Brambleberry Lane, Irby in the Marsh, Skegness, PE24 5DQ.
A brief description of the proposed variation, is as follows: To amend the licence conditions in order to permit the outdoor consumption of alcohol at the premises. The designated outdoor area for alcohol consumption to have a terminal hour of 2300 Hours and to be limited to Friday & Saturday and Christmas Eve & New Year’s Eve only.
The record of the variation application may be inspected by prior appointment at the Offices of The Licensing Team, East Lindsey District Council, The Hub, Mareham Road, Horncastle, LN9 6PH, during normal office hours (email: licensing@e-lindsey.gov.uk).
Any representations by Interested Parties or Responsible Authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, East Lindsey District Council at the above address by 28 August 2024.
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5000) on the Standard Scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
