Application for a Premises Licence. Notice is hereby given that Mr Satpal Singh Gahi has applied to Surrey Heath Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence authorising the licensable activities detailed below: The Sale by Retail of Alcohol (Off Sales) Monday – Sunday: 07:00 – 23:00 for the premises Gosden Food & Wine, 9 Gosden Road, West End, Woking, GU24 9LH. A register of licensing application can be inspected at the Council Offices, Surrey Heath House, Knoll Road, Camberley, Surrey GU15 3HD between 10:00 and 4:00 pm Monday to Friday or on our website at https://www.surreyheath.gov.uk/

Any person wishing to submit a representation to this application must give notice in writing to the Council address shown above, or by email to licensing@surreyheath.gov.uk giving detail of the grounds of objection by 23/08/2024. The Council will not entertain representations where the writer requests that their identity remains anonymous. Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Committee and will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must relate to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives. It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale (currently £5000) under section 158 of the licensing act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
