What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003, NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT McDonald’s Restaurants Limited has applied to Brentwood Borough Council on 29th July 2024 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at McDonald’s Restaurants, 99 High Street, Brentwood, Essex, CM14 4RR.

For the provision of late night refreshment for the sale of hot food and drink from 23:00 until 00:00 Mondays to Sundays for consumption on and off the premises.

The Licensing Register may be inspected at:-

The Town Hall, Ingrave Road, Brentwood, Essex, CM15 8AY between 8:30am and 05:00pm Monday to Thursday and between 8:30am and 4:30pm Friday, excluding public holidays.

Details are also provided on Brentwood Borough Council’s website at www.brentwood.gov.uk Any representations by a Responsible Authority or Interested Party must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address by 26TH AUGUST 2024.

Note: It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
