What is proposed?

Notice of renewal and minor variation to plan of a Sexual Entertainment Venue Licence

Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 as amended by the Policing and Crime Act 2009

Notice is given that Admiral Bars (Herts) Limited has applied to Watford Borough Council on 1st August 2024 to renew and seek a plan minor variation to the current licence which permits the use of the premises at Diamonds And Strings, 9 Market Street, Watford, Hertfordshire, WD18 0PA as a Sexual Entertainment Venue. The minor variation to the licence is to mirror the plan layout with the premises licence plan in relation to CCTV and internal layout. No other changes are sought to the layout of the premises and conditions of the Sexual Entertainment licence.

Objections -Any person who wishes to object to these applications must give notice in writing of their objection to the Head of Community & Customer Services, Watford Borough Council, Town Hall, Watford, WD17 3EX or by e mail: licensing@watford.gov.uk) within 28 days of the date of application which is given above. Objectors must state the general grounds of their objections. The council will NOT reveal the names of the objectors without their consent.
