What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Incipio Group Limited to the Licensing Authority of London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham for a Premises Licence for Ophelia’s (National Terrace) at Olympia London Development, Hammersmith Road, London, W14 8UX.

The application is to permit the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises between 1000 and 2330 each day and late-night refreshment until 2330 each day and to extend licensable activities until 0200 on New Years Eve.

The application is in the same terms as the provisional statement already granted for these premises. Full details of the Application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham, Clockwork Building, 1st Floor, 45 Beavor Lane, Hammersmith, London, W6 9AR.

A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 28th August 2024 (www.lbhf.gov.uk)

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
