What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that an application was made to Newcastle City Council for a Premises Licence under the above Act on 29th July 2024 by Georgia Leigh Harper: 213 Shields Road, Byker, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE6 1DQ.

It is proposed that the following licensable activities will take place from the premises: sale of alcohol by retail: 10:00 to 23:00, Monday to Sunday.

Further information concerning the application can be viewed by accessing the Licensing Act 2003 Electronic public register at: https://portal.newcastle.gov.uk 

Any person, who wishes to make a representation, must do so in writing by post to Licensing Authority, Newcastle City Council, Public Safety and Regulation, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8QH 

Representations to this application must be made in writing by 26th August 2024

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make such a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
