Licensing Act 2003
We, David Baxter Holdings Limited, hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Basildon Borough Council for the Grant of a (shadow) Premises Licence at 6 High Street, Billericay, Essex, CM12 9BQ to:
1. Permit the sale and supply of alcohol and the performance of recorded music 11:00 to 00:00 Monday to Saturday and 12:00 to 23:30 on Sunday ;
2. Permit the provision of late night refreshment 23:00 to 00:30 Monday to Saturday and 23:00 to 00:00 on Sunday.
3. Allow the premises to be open to the public 11:00 to 00:30 Monday to Saturday and 12:00 to 00:00 on Sunday.
4. Allow extended hours for licensable activities on notable days.
A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address during normal office hours. Any responsible authority, authorised persons or other persons wishing to make representations to this application must do so by writing to Licensing Authority, Basildon Borough Council, St. Martin’s Square, Basildon, Essex, SS14 1DL not later than 30th August 2024. Representations received after this date will not be considered.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being unlimited.
