What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Alljay Leisure Limited in respect of premises known as Flirtz located at 26a Friary Chambers, Friar Lane, Nottingham, NG1 6DQ to Nottingham City Council on 31July 2024 for the variation of a premises licence.

The proposed variation is:

1. To permit the supply of alcohol and provision of regulated entertainment from 12:00 to 06:00 on Mondays to Sundays.

2. The provision of late night refreshment from 23:00 to 05:00 on Mondays to Sundays.

3. To amend the conditions of the licence.

4. To provide licensable activities on specific occasions.

Full details of the application are contained within the application form held by the licensing authority at Nottingham City Council, Humber Building, Eastcroft Depot, London Road, Nottingham, NG2 3AH where the licensing register can be inspected during the authority’s normal opening hours or at www.nottingham.gov.uk.

Any representations by a responsible authority or other person regarding the above-mentioned application must be made in writing to the licensing authority at the above address or to general.licensing@nottinghamcity.gov.uk no later than 28 August 2024, stating the grounds upon which the representation is being made.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum financial penalty on summary conviction is unlimited.
