NOTICE is hereby given that we, Bowdon Club Limited applied on 30th July 2024 for a NEW Premises Licence to Trafford Council in respect of the premises known as: Bowdon Cricket Hockey and Squash Club, South Downs Road, Bowdon, WA14 3DT.
under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 for a licence to provide:
The sale of alcohol from 10:00 until 01:00 Monday to Saturday and 10:00 to 23:00 Sunday, the provision of plays from 10:00 until 00:00 Monday to Saturday and 10:00 to 23:00 Sunday, films from 10:00 until 00:00 Monday to Saturday and 10:00 to 23:00 Sunday, indoor sporting events from 08:00 to 00:30 Monday to Saturday and 08:00 to 23:30 Sunday, live music from 12:00 to 01:00 Monday to Saturday and 12:00 to 23:00 Sunday, recorded music from 09:00 to 01:00 Monday to Saturday and 09:00 to 23:00 Sunday, performance of dance from 18:00 to 01:00 Monday to Saturday and 18:00 to 23:00 Sunday, late night refreshment from 23:00 to 01:00 Monday to Saturday.

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to:
THE LICENSING SECTION, TRAFFORD COUNCIL, TRAFFORD TOWN HALL, TALBOT ROAD, STRETFORD, MANCHESTER, M32 0TH.

Any representation must be submitted no later than 28 days from the date the application was accepted.

A representation may also be made to the Licensing Section at the following email address: licensing@trafford. gov.uk

A copy of the application for the above licence is kept by The Licensing Section, at Trafford Council, and is available via email upon request during the 28 day consultation period.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is unlimited.
