Application for a Premises Licence
We RO.GI Ltd have applied to Fylde Borough
Council for a Premises Licence for the restaurant
Solito Posto, 64 Preston Rd, Lytham, FY8 5AE to
permit the sale or supply of alcohol between 09.30
hours and 22.00 hours Sunday to Thursday and
between 09.30 hours and 22.30 hours on Fridays
and Saturdays with an hour extension on specified
special days.
Interested parties or responsible authorities may
make representations about this application by
writing to; The Licensing Team, Fylde Borough
Council, Town Hall, Lytham St. Annes FY8 1LW not
later than 24th August 2024.
A record of this application may be inspected at the
Licensing Authority’s address shown above during
normal office hours or on their website at www.
fylde.gov.uk.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a
false statement in connection with this application,
the maximum fine on summary conviction being
£5,000.
