What is proposed?

Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under S.34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Northgate Fast Food Ltd in relation to premises known as Taco Bell, 9 Angel Row, Nottingham NG1 6HL has applied to Nottingham City Council for the variation of a Premises Licence.

The proposed variation is to remove the licensable activity of ‘sale by retail of alcohol’ so that the licence no longer permits this. No other changes to the licence are requested and the remaining existing licensed activities are to remain without change.

The Licensing Register, and full details of this application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Nottingham City Council, Communities, Licensing, Humber Building, Eastcroft Depot, London Road, Nottingham, NG2 3AH between the hours of 9.00am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday by prior appointment.

Interested parties or responsible authorities can make representations in writing to the Licensing Authority at any time up to 30th August 2024.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
