What is proposed?

Notice to vary a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003

 Notice is hereby given that Razul Islam has applied to vary the premises Licence at The Taj Indian Restaurant & Bar, Unit 4 & 5 Lambourne House, Bridge Cross Road, Burntwood, WS7 2BX as follows: Include the sale of alcohol on the premises Sunday to Thursday 17:30 to 00:00 and Friday & Saturday 17:30 to 01:00. 

Interested parties or responsible authorities may make written representation to: Lichfield District Council, District Council House, Frog Lane, Lichfield, WS13 6YU / licensing@lichfielddc.gov.uk by 15 August 2024.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on conviction for this offence is unlimited.
