What is proposed?

Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Double Diamond Gaming Limited in respect of Premises known as Rainbow Harbourside Casino, Part of Ground (entrance only) and Third Floors, Casino Building, Explore Lane, Bristol, BS1 5TY applied to Bristol City Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence.

The proposed variation is to approve Phase One internal alterations at the premises to reduce the licensed area and slightly reconfigure fixed seating; changes to include new entrance from ground floor and entrance corridor on third floor (Harbourside); there are no changes to the existing permitted licensable activities, hours and conditions. 

These changes are to take effect upon the completion of works as notified to the Licensing Authority in writing.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by email to licensing@bristol.gov.uk or by post to Licensing Team (100TS), PO Box 3399, Bristol, BS1 9NE no later than 26th August 2024 stating the grounds for representation.

The register of Bristol City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the following address of the council, Bristol City Council, Licensing Authority, 100 Temple Street, Bristol, BS1 6AG between the hours on 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday, with the exception of Wednesday when the opening hours are 10.00am and 5.00pm or if it is available on the council’s website at - www.bristol.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
