Notice Of Application For Variation Of A Premises Licence Under The Licensing Act 2003

LH Manchester Limited have applied to Manchester City Council to vary the premises licence at MNKY House Lounge, 18-22 Lloyd Street, Manchester, M2 5WA as follows: 

The purpose of this variation is to remove Condition 1 of Annex 2 in relation to capacity. The capacity will be determined by reference to a Fire Risk Assessment. No other changes to the licence are to be made. 

Full details of the application may be inspected by appointment only by contacting Premises Licensing, Manchester City Council, Level 1 Town Hall Extension, Albert Square, PO Box 532, M60 2LA or premises.licensing@manchester.gov.uk 

Representations should be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address no later than 27th August 2024. 

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. To do so could result in an unlimited fine.
