Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Wadworth and Company Limited has applied to Wiltshire Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as The Brewery Shop, 26 Maryport Street, Devizes, SN10 1AG.

The proposed licensable activities and their hours are:

1. Sale/supply of alcohol (on and off) and opening hours 09:00 - 21.00 seven days a week.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by The Licensing Authority, Wiltshire Council, Public Protection, County Hall, Bydiesea Road, Trowbridge, BA14 8JN or by e-mail publicprotection@wilts.gov.uk no later than 20th August 2024 slating the grounds for representation. The register of Wiltshire Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of die council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website - www.wiftshire.gov.uk.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
