New Grant of Premises Licence
Notice is given that Lemon Pepper Holdings Limited applied to Manchester City Council on 29 July 2024 for the new grant of a premises licence to use the premises known as Wingstop, Unit 6, ParrsWood Leisure Park, Wilmslow Road, Manchester M20 5PG for the provision of:
(1) retail sale of alcohol: Sun-Sat 10:00 to 24:00;
(2) late night refreshment: Sun-Sat 23:00 to 24:00
(3) on such other terms and conditions as set out in the application papers.
Any person wishing to submit a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation to Premises Licensing, Level 1 Town Hall Extension, Albert Square, Manchester, PO Box 532, M60 2LA Or by e-mail to: premises.licensing@manchester.gov.uk giving in detail the grounds of objection by 26 August 2024.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application under the Licensing Act 2003. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
