NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Parkstock Limited in respect of premises known as Rowans located at 10 Stroud Green Road, Finsbury Park, London, N4 2DF to Borough of Haringey London on for the variation of a premises licence.

This application is for approval of updated premises licence plans to include the garden/smoking area on the ground floor and the first floor Park Suite within the licensed areas currently licensed for the provision of sale of alcohol, regulated entertainment and late-night refreshments.

Full details of the variation are contained within the application form held by Borough of Haringey London, London Borough of Haringey, River Park House, 225 High Road, London, N22 8HQ where the licensing register can be inspected during the Authority's normal opening hours or online by visiting their website www.haringey.gov.uk. Any representations by a responsible authority or other person regarding the above-mentioned application must be made in writing to The Licensing Authority at the above address or to licensing@haringey.gov.uk no later than 20 August 2024 stating the grounds upon which the representation is being made.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum financial penalty on summary conviction is unlimited.
