l, Duncan Leslie Walker do hereby give notice that on 23 of July 2024 applied to the Licensing Authority at West Devon Borough Council for a New Premises Licence for The Old Inn, Drewsteignton, EXO 6QR.
The application is for -
• Supply of Alcohol On the premises Monday to Sunday 18:00 to 23:00.
• Opening Times Monday to Sunday 18:00 to 23:30.
Full details of the application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at West Devon Borough Council, Kilworthy House, Drake Road, Tavistock, PL1 ABZ or by email to Iicensing@swdevon. gov. uk.
A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 20 August 2024.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
